To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please include the receipt or proof of purchase with your return.
To start a return, please contact us at support@shopinnocell.com. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item and making a separate purchase for the new item to ensure the fastest processing.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will automatically refund your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
